When you submit an entry, we collect the owner's name, the dog's name (optional), breed (optional), and the classes entered.
Why we collect it: to register your entry, allocate a lanyard number, and let the judge record placings on the day.
Who can see it: only the event's judges and organisers, via a password-protected panel.
How long we keep it: entries and results are deleted after the event using the admin panel's reset tools.
If you have any questions about your data, or want it corrected or removed before the event, please speak to a member of the Whipman Play Society team.
This website does not use cookies. It doesn't use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies of any kind. Login sessions are held in your browser's memory only and are cleared when you close the page. The only external resource this site loads is a font from Google Fonts, used purely to display text — this does not set any cookies, though it does mean your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you visit.
